Senior Developer Relations Advocate

Collate is the company behind OpenMetadata, the unified platform for discovery, observability, and governance. It is one of the fastest-growing open-source projects, with a vibrant community and adoption by global Fortune 500 companies and innovative startups. Based on open metadata standards and APIs, with connectors for a wide range of data services, OpenMetadata enables end-to-end metadata management and helps data teams deliver high quality data and AI assets. We’re backed by Unusual Ventures, with an experienced leadership team from Uber, Yahoo, Mozilla, and Databricks.

Collate is the creator of the fast growing open source OpenMetadata project, and we’re passionate about transforming the way data teams work together. Collate founders were the creators of Apache Hadoop, Apache Atlas, and Uber Databook, and previously founded and IPO’d Hortonworks. We are on a mission to help every company realize the fullest potential of data through open source, AI Agents, and unified metadata, by solving problems around data discovery, observability and governance that current data catalogs and quality tools fail to address.
